Policies

Lesson Schedule:

Private lessons are either 30 or 45 minutes in length and are held weekly at the student’s scheduled time.

Practice

Students are expected to practice a minimum of 3-4 hours per week. I recommend practicing 30-45 minutes 6 days per week. It is helpful to develop a routine of practicing at the same time each day.

Lesson Fees:

Lesson fees are $20.00 for each 30 minute private lesson and $28.50 for each 45 minute lesson. Fees, payable in advance of lessons, are to be paid during the first week, for the entire month. A late charge of $10.00 will be assessed if fees are not paid within the first seven days of the month. Students are allowed two vacation credits throughout the year. Missed Lessons:

Students will not be charged for using two vacation credits during the year for cancelled lessons. If you wish to cancel a lesson, please call at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. Any other missed lessons will be made up at the teacher’s discretion, depending on the student’s need and time available. If a student cannot attend the lesson due to illness, please contact me by noon of the day of the lesson.
